A spring team building and leadership conference for national officers and committee chairs of NAAAHP is hosted to expose and equip professional elected officials with standards and best practices in leadership development.  With an emphasis on equity, access, race, class and gender, professionals convene to plan conference goals and foster resources that heighten the community of educational institutions, professionals, and students attending the NAAAHP Annual Conference.

This year's conference was facilitated by LaKesha Womack of Womack Consulting Group. The two day workshop focused on learning how to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to build overall team effectiveness.
